Die Bank verwaltet Wertpapiere fuer einzelne Anleger, diese zahlen dafuer jaehrlich eine sogenannte Teilpauschalverguetung, die sich aus einem Anteil fuer die Vermoegensverwaltung (in Hoehe von 10 % vom Wert des verwalteten Vermoegens) und aus einem Anteil fuer das Kaufen und Verkaufen von Wertpapieren und umfasst außerdem die Konto- und Depotfuehrung sowie die Ausgabeaufschlaege fuer den Erwerb von Investmentanteilen.

Wie bleibt es aber mit dem Teil-. Soweit ich das verstehe, bleibt der Anteil von 10 % zwar gleich, der Wert des verwalteten Vermoegens jedoch konnte im Laufe des Jahres sinken oder steigen.

disagree  Bogdan Burghelea: "Vergütung" nu este taxă, ci onorariu, comision. Nici cu "sumă" în totalitate, fiindcă "sumă" este o noţiune prea vagă (ne se foloseşte în terminologia juridică) şi fiindcă sumă aş traduce-o cu "Betrag", iar nu cu "Vergütung".
