Eine für Einnahmen zuständige Stelle ordnete eine Steuerprüfung der Fesellschaft X bezüglich der Körperschaftsteuerpflicht für den Zeitraum Y sowie der Mehrwertsteuerpflicht für den Zeitraum Z an. Die Steuerprüfung wurde mit dem Steuerprüfungsbescheid Nr. ... abgeschlossen, mit dem der Gesellschaft ein Recht auf Vorsteuerabzug versagt wurde und infolgedessen zu begleichende Mehrwertsteuerschulden sowie Körperschaftsteuerschulden festgestellt wurden.
