Context: Bei Überschreitung der Fälligkeitstermine hat uns der Käufer, unbeschadet aller übrigen uns wegen des Verzuges zu entstehenden Rechte, Verzugszinsen in der jeweiligen Höhe der üblichen Bankzinsen für Kontokorrentkredite zu vergüten. Dem Käufer steht kein Zurückhaltungsrecht zu, und er ist auch nicht zur Aufrechnung berechtigt.
