Ich gebe Ihnen den ganzen Satz, wo das Wort "Gesellschafterversammlung" zu finden ist:

"Gemäß Artikel VIII Ziffer 1 des Gesellschaftsvertrags ist eine Gesellschafterversammlung nur beschlussfähig, wenn alle Gesellschafter mindestens 4 Wochen vorher schriftlich oder per Telefax dazu eingeladen worden sind".
