HAFTVERHANDLUNG
Verhandlung vor dem Untersuchungsrichter, bei der über die Aufrechterhaltung der Untersuchungshaft entschieden wird. Die erste Haftverhandlung ist spätestens 14 Tage nach Festnahme durchzuführen, weitere binnen eines Monats, danach binnen zwei Monaten ab jeweiliger Verlängerung der Untersuchungshaft.
