Marketing - Advertising / Public Relations | | German term or phrase: Transfer auf die Rückmeldung zu den Mini-Rollenspielen | Durchführung:
- Rollenspiele: 1 Verkäufer, 1 Kunde (notfalls Leadtrainer), 1 RT. Erst Verkaufsgespräch spielen (ohne Video, da im Shop/ Markt ja auch kein Video), RT beobachtet, schreibt mit und gibt unmittelbar im Anschluss Feedback an den „Verkäufer“.
- Anschließend Feedback zum Feedback (Struktur und inhaltliche Richtigkeit)
- Transfer auf die Rückmeldung zu den Mini-Rollenspielen bei den Ballungszentrentrainings: aus Zeitgründen nur sehr verkürzte Rückmeldung möglich, deshalb um so wichtiger, genau zu wissen, was den Verkäufer am schnellsten voranbringt
