Explanation:
Я понимаю так, что неустойка начисляется с 11 длня просрочки платежа за каждый последующий день просрочки (11-й, 12-й и т.д.) из расчета 20 % годовых. Но вот что после 20 дней просрочки? Должника просто убивают или как?

Explanation:
- für die ersten 10 Tage des Verzugs ist keine Konventionalstrafe zu zahlen
- für die nächsten 10 Tage zahlt der Teilnehmer, der den Verzug verursacht hat, eine Konventionalstrafe in Höhe von 20% der Jahreszinsen vom nicht rechtzeitig entrichteten, in
US-Dollar berechneten Betrag
(allerdings klingt hier das Wort "Teilnehmer" nicht gut.
