Elektrische Schnittstelle zum Anschluss einer Kühlschmiermittelanlage zur Versorgung
der Maschine mit Kühlschmiermittel für die Prozesskühlung und thermische
Maschinenstabilisierung. Teilweise wird das Kühlschmiermittel auch zur Kühlung
von Motorspindeln verwendet.
Die Schnittstelle ist generell in der Grundausrüstung der Maschine enthalten.
Die Schnittstelle ist steckbar an der Maschine. (Steckerspezifikation gemäss Kapitel
9.2.4.1 "Steckerspezifikation", 9-11).
Anlagenseitig muss eine Bohrung (PG 16) für die Kabeleinführung von unten vorhanden
sein. Die Adernummern des Kabels müssen mit den Klemmennummern auf
der Kühlschmiermittelanlage identisch sein. |
