iako sam u početku bila sigurna da tačno znam šta ova fraza znači, prilikom prevođenja sam zapela, zato što se izraz - ili se makar meni tako čini - na dva mesto upotrebljava nejasno.
Jedna rečenica glasi: Bei Verletzungen hinsichtlich dieser Zusatzvereinbarung werden wir die "XY" d.o.o. in
jedem Falle schad- und klaglos halten. Ovo je rečenica iz sporazuma koji saradnici firme potpisuju.
U drugom delu teksta jedna rečenica glasi ovako: "XY" d.o.o. behält es sich darüber hinaus vor, sich an Mitgliedern, die dem Unternehmen Schaden zufügen, schad- und klaglos zu halten.
Kako se ovo prevodi? Da li se "XY" d.o.o. oslobađa bilo kakve odgovornosti i obaveze naknade štete u slučaju da neko od saradnika napravi štetu u poslovanju?
