German term or phrase: GL Expansion

Hello!
I am translating from German to Slovenian and I came across the sentence:
Die Immobilienabteilung in der Dienstleistung ist eine zentrale Abteilung, die direkt der GL Expansion oder dem Bereich Zentrale Dienste zugeordnet ist.
I have tried to google it, but I can't seem to find what GL Expansion means. Could the GL mean global, or is it some special term?

könnte es sein. GL kommt vor als Geschäftsleitung, aber warumm denn GL+ Expansion, ist mir nicht ganz klar.
Ist Expansion vielleicht ein Firmenname?
