¿Sabe alguno de vosotros cómo se dice este término en castellano? Abajo os pongo la definición que he encontrado en alemán.

Explanation:
Solamente unas sugerencias. Me parece que se usa "Abmenge" en el sentido "Abschreibmenge" (más frecuente escrito y usado como "Abschreibungsmenge"). Supongo que es "*suma de* valor descontable o valor amortizable" pero no hay comfirmaciones en google.com. Vamos a esperar a otras opiniones.
