Supongo que se trata de algo relacionado con "costes de personal", pero no tengo muy claro si sería un reembolso (lo cual no acabaría de entender muy bien) o un pago.

Yo lo traduciria asi, parece ser que Personalkostenersätze no es un término muy común y se usa sobre todo en Austria.

| Grading comment Muchas gracias, Iván, yo también lo traduciría así, a pesar de no saber muy bien de qué se trata, ¡jaja! El balance que traduzco es austriaco, así que probablemente el término, como bien dices, no sea de un uso muy extendido. Muchas gracias de nuevo :)
