No sé muy bien cómo encajar el concepto "engagiert" en esta frase. Mi sugerencia: buscamos nuevos empleados comprometidos/dedicados??'

Todas las opciones me suenan un poco raras.

Explanation:
"Engagiert", tomada del francés "engagé", significa realizar una acción con un cierto grado de compromiso, moral o de otra índole. Yo dejaría "comprometido" por respetar la tradición asociada al término (El engegierter Kunstler era el artista comprometido), aunque en este caso también pueden funcionar otras alternativas.
