Me pierdo con la última parte; ¿quiere decir que es la Filzmaier quien pide esa suma, o que se la han pedido a ella?
En relación a los costes de rehabilitación completa, cabe decir que actualmente los trabajos de rehabilitación —valorados en aproximadamente 80000 euros (sin IVA)— han sido exigidos POR PARTE DE / A la empresa Filzmaier. ¿?¿?¿?
