1.1.1 Streugutrückfuhr mit Förderbändern

Die Streugutrückfuhr z. B. mit Förderbändern hat die Aufgabe überschüssige, nach unten herabfallende Masse aufzufangen und über Förderbänder aus dem Bereich unterhalb der Anlage auszutragen. Das Streugut wird wieder zurück in den Produktionsprozess führt.
Dieses Streugut entsteht:
• wenn der Füllschieber befüllt wird und Masse an den Seiten herunterfällt,
• bei der Herstellung von Lochsteinen. Dabei fällt Masse durch den Luftspalt, der zwischen Dorn und Unterstempel-Kopfplatte existiert,
• durch Masse, die auf dem Formtisch liegengeblieben ist und durch den Abstreifer heruntergeschoben wird oder
• durch fehlerhafte Kalksandsteine, die am Ende des Transportbandes aussortiert, zerkleinert und nach unten abgegeben werden.
