resuspension celular Explanation: PBS-Puffer/ phosphate buffered saline (PBS)/ tampon phosphate/ tampone PBS/ tampón de fosfato salino/ tampão fosfato salino Phosphate Buffered Saline: Phosphate Buffered Saline, (PBS), is a salty solution containing sodium chloride, sodium phosphate and potassium phosphate. It has many uses. Because it is non-toxic to cells, it can be used to dilute substances. PBS is also used to keep the water concentration inside and outside of the cell balanced. If the water concentration is unbalanced, the cell risks bursting, or shrivelling up because of a phenomenon called osmosis. Partiendo de un cultivo de 18 horas en caldo LB adicionado de ampicilina (60 µg/ml), se utilizaron 1,5 ml para recuperar las células. Se eliminó el sobrenadante y se añadieron 200 µl de solución de resuspension celular (50 mM Tris, pH=7,5; 10 mM EDTA; 100 µg/ml RNAsa A).
