Dado que el diccionario Becher ofrece varias traducciones para Grundkapital y Stammkapital, y algunas de ellas coinciden para ambos términos, dudo sobre la correcta traducción del término "Grund- oder Stammkapital" que aparece en una hoja (Blatt) del Registro Mercantil.

Se me ocurre traducirlo por "Capital social o fondo capital", pero estoy seguro de que existe una expresión acuñada para ese tipo de términos en las hojas del Registro Mercantil.

Eurodicautom no me ha sacado de dudas.
