"Dieser Syndikatsvertrag ist auch auf künftige Gesellschaften anzuwenden, deren Gesellschafter in geeigneter Weise klarstellen, dass sie dem Syndikatsvertrag unterliegen wollen und die mit Syndikatsbeschluss als Syndikatsmitglieder aufgenommen werden."
"Syndikatsvertrag" lo traduzco por 'acuerdo de sindicación', pero ¿en el resto? ¿Podría ser 'consorcio'? La definición de la RAE no me cuadra mucho...

Pienso que Vertrag suele traducirse en general más por "contrato". Contrato de sindicación es totalmente correcto (para su contexto, ver link 1). Con ello, te evitas repetir el término, puesto que Beschluss parece más apropiado traducirlo como "acuerdo": Syndikatsbeschluss -> acuerdo de sindicación. Por último, Syndicatsmitglieder -> socios sindicados (ver link 2, está hacia el final de "página 20").
