"BOE" vendría a ser el correspondiente actual. Entiendo que tu documento es antiguo, por lo tanto, también podrías poner "Reich" en cursiva, pues es del conocimiento general. Dependiendo del contexto y del encargo será más práctica una cosa u otra. Saludos
