En un certificado de estudios aparecen distintas abreviaturas, entre ellas "SO = Prüf. im Soll"

¿Alguna idea de cómo traducirla?

Explanation:
"im Soll" dice claramente que el resultado está por debajo del nivel requerido. Sin embargo, tampoco implica un examen no aprobado; a tal fin se usaría alguna otra de las respectivas opciones del listado (ver enlace de referencia) como p.ej. "NB=Prüf. nicht bestanden".
