si se trata de una válvula de seguridad de por ejemplo, un sistema de calefacción, y del correspondiente conducto para eso, descargar la presión sobrante y el agua que con ello, sale del sistema.

Explanation:
Dado que, normalmente, "Ausblasehahn" es un grifo de purga, y "Ausblasemundstück" una "boquilla de purga", creo que el término por el que preguntas bien podía ser el conducto o tubo de purga.
