Das "legen" ist Österreichisch für "erteilen".
Regieleistungen sind Leistungen, die nicht im Angebot enthalten oder zwar enthalten, aber ohne Preisangabe sind. Sie werden nach Aufwand bzw. Kosten abgerechnet.
Regiepreis ist lt. Becher "precio de coste".
In der Frage http://www.proz.com/kudoz/german_to_english/construction_civ... ist die verworfene Antwort richtig, die prämiierte Antwort ist falsch.
