Se trata de unas especificaciones del sector ferroviario. Para España.

Notbetrieb:
Eine Räumfahrt muss mit der 24 V Batterieanlage möglich sein (siehe Kapitel 10.6.3).

Ein Räumbetrieb liegt dann vor, wenn der Bordnetzumrichter für die Batterieladung ausfällt. Die Batteriekapazität muss jederzeit so geführt werden, dass ein uneingeschränkter Betrieb des Fahrzeuges mit Fahrgästen bis zur nächsten Haltestelle und zur Räumung der Strecke mit 30 km/h möglich ist. Die Fahrstrecke muss 20 km betragen.

Entiendo que se trata de que si un tren se ha averiado pueda funcionar hasta conseguir retirarlo de la vía. Sin embargo no sé cómo se le puede denominar en castellano.
Agradecería la ayuda de alguien que sea entendido/a en la materia.
