Tengo un problema con el término indicado. El contexto es el siguiente:

"Der nun vorliegende numerische Wert wird vom Rechner ausgewertet, danach über einen D/A-Wandler und -Umformer als analoges, ***eingeprägtes*** Einheits-Stromsignal ausgegeben."

El cliente, en realidad, no me puede explicar exactamente lo que significa. Dice que no tiene que ver ni con la acepción de "impreso" (en una placa de circuitos) ni con la de "memorizado" (en el sentido de "programable"), sino que se refiere al hecho de que esta señal que no varía,
independientemente de la carga aplicada hasta un valor límite determinado, que, una vez alcanzado, provocará el colapso repentino de la corriente.
También dice que un experto puede deducir estas características del valor específico de la corriente, a saber: 0/4-20 mA.
