einbacken

Spanish translation: calentar en el horno, hornear

German to Spanish translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Engineering: Industrial / Máquina de panadería
German term or phrase: einbacken
Aparece en dos contextos, a mi entender con conceptos diferentes para esta palabra:
1) Einbacken (nur wenn nötig)
2) Verchromte Backplatten werden nicht eingebacken
La primera debe referirse seguramente a la incorporación de ingredientes sólidos. La segunda no tengo idea. ¿O habrán querido (los austríacos) decir "angebacken"?

Lamentablemente, no es la respuesta apropiada. HE utilizado "curar" como el término que más refleja el sentido.
