Lo puedes verbalizar y decir que se dedican "a realizar la instalación ténica de los edificios". Yo creo que con esto incluyes electricadad, tuberías, etc

Para Gebäude und Energietechnik yo pondría algo como "instalaciones técnicas y energéticas para edificios", y así das los dos elementos.

Asker: Muchas gracias por esta sugerencia. Lo malo es que también hay un departamento de susodicha empresa que se llama "Gebäude- und Energietechnik". ¿En ese caso podría ser "ingeniería de edificios"?
