No puede ser una tapa desde el momento que es un anillo. Queda por encontrarle una denominación adecuada y eso depende mucho de la función que cumpla. En este caso, no me queda muy claro que hace un anillo ... encima de los anillos tensores.
Por otra parte, el Topf no creo que sea una cubeta. Si contiene algún fluido le pondría cámara, si contiene otros elementos sería una carcasa.
