hoy tengo un texto sobre finanzas y trata sobre un crédito empresarial que un banco concede a una empresa.
No se como traducir la expresión "Platzierung der Anleihe". Os pongo una frase de contexto:
"Bank ABC wird die Arrangierung, Strukturierung und Platzierung der Anleihe übernehmen."
Yo lo he traducido así:
"El banco ABC se hará cargo de la concertación, estructuración y ..."
No me gusta la expresión "Colocación del empréstito/crédito"
¿Cómo traduciríais la frase?

Me parece que Plazierung no es la emisión en si, sino más bien la colocación, es decir ofrecerlos a los compradores |
