ich habe hier ein Zusageschreiben einer Landesbank über die Finanzierung eines Bauvorhabens, in dem der Ausdruck "(Verbindliche) Finanzierungszusage" vorkommt. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, wie ich das übersetzen soll - als "Finanzierungszusage" an anderer Stelle schon mal allein vorkam, hatte ich "Garantía de financiación" genommen, aber wenn diese Zusage jetzt noch durch "verbindlich" verstärkt wird, ist "Garantía" dafür vielleicht zu viel. Wie nennt man sowas - Confirmación de financiación, Promesa de financiación oder wie? Und das "verbindlich" - vinculante? obligatoria? Weiß jemand, wie so etwas offiziell bezeichnet wird?
