"Ablösebescheid" des spanischen Gläubigers
Der neu abzuschließende Vertrag soll den alten Darlehensvertrag ablösen. Es handelt sich m.E. um eine Bescheinigung des alten Gläubigers, dass die Hypothek abgelöst ist.
