Erhalten der Kreditnehmer und/oder der Pfandsteller während der Dauer des Kreditverhältnisses ein neues, amtliches und/oder privates Schätzungsgutachten, oder eine neue Versicherungspolice über das Pfandobjekt, verpflichten sich der Kreditnehmer und/oder der Pfandsteller, der XX unaufgefordert eine Kopie zuzustellen.

XX hat das Recht, den Hypothekarkreditvertrag jederzeit mit sofortiger Wirkung für den Kreditnehmer zu kündigen und sämtliche Benützungen inkl. aufgelaufener Zinsen, Kosten, Gebühren usw. – unabhängig von den Laufzeiten gewährten Benützungen – per sofort fällig zu stellen und unverzüglich einzufordern, falls:

- der Kreditnehmer und/oder der Pfandsteller Gewährleistungen oder Verpflichtungen verletzen, oder Bedin¬gungen, unter denen der Hypothekarkreditvertrag eingegangen wurde, nicht einhalten;
