Gemeint ist, dass jemand nach Abgabe eines Angebots nochmal nachfragt, ob der Kunde denn den Auftrag jetzt erteilen möchte. So wird der Auftrag dann also "eingeholt".

Nun bin ich mir ziemlich unsicher, wie ich das "einholen" übersetzen soll. Pedir?
