German to Spanish translations [PRO] General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters
German term or phrase:Kundenzentrum
Hola,
expide un certificado que estoy traduciendo: "Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg - Kundenzentrum Walddörfer". Lo de "clientes" aquí en principio me parece raro, pues estamos hablando de un ente público. ¿Será simplemente 'sección de distrito' o algo así?

Lo de "cliente" en lugar de "ciudadano" se ha puesto de moda para dar la impresión de que el ayuntamiento es una "empresa" de servicios para los "clientes" que son los ciudadanos.
