I. Definition
Wenn ein Unfallbeteiligter bei einem Verkehrsunfall Verursacher ist und eine Kaskoversicherung besitzt (Voll- oder Teilkaskoversicherung), dann spricht man von einem sogenannten Kaskoschaden. Dies bedeutet, daß in der Regel die Versicherung des Unfallverursachers neben der Regulierung des Schadens, der dem Unfallgegner zugefügt wurde (siehe Haftpflichtschaden), auch für den eigenen Schaden des Unfallverursachers eintreten muß. |
