Ich übersetze eigentlich einen eher wirtschaftlich-technischen Text, allerdings ist da auch ein klein wenig legales mit dabei, das mir Schwierigkeiten bereitet (da Recht ja eigentlich nicht so mein Fachgebiet ist). Vielleicht könnt ihr mir hier helfen?
Estoy traduciendo un texto económico - técnico, pero tengo un parte legal que me está dando problemas (ya que normalmente no traduzco textos legales). ¿Quizá alguno de ustedes me podría ayudar?
Es handelt sich um die Folgen des Widerrufes:
Se trata de la consecuencias de la revocación:
DE: "Im Falle eines wirksamen Widerrufs sind die beiderseits empfangenen Leistungen zurück zu gewähren und ggf. gezogene Nutzungen (z.B. Zinsen) heraus zu geben."

Nutzungen son los beneficios/utilidades que se obtienen. Para evitar la repetición de "obtenido/a" yo pondría arriba los servicios/prestaciones recibidos/as. "Leistung" es eso, no los bienes concretos y palpables, al menos no en primer lugar.
Otro Vorschlag: "deberán", en lugar de "deben", me parece que le da un sentido más imperativo a la oración, aunque eso es más bien un detalle.
