ich habe letztendlich eine "unmschreibende" Abwandlung Deines Vorschlages verwendet, wenngleich der Vorschlag von Sabine, belegt durch eine Übersetzung der EU, ebenfalls sehr zutreffend war (siehe Kommentare dort). Vielen Dank.

Asker: Hallo Sabine, das Dokument das du zitierst ist sehr gut. Die Übersetzung die dort für "selbstschuldnerische Bürgschaft" gegeben wird, -> garantía solidaria, ist auch irgendwie zutreffend, denn schliesslich tritt der Bürge "solidarisch" in die Haftung ein (aber tut das nicht jeder Bürge?...) Letztendlich klingt das ein wenig nach "Allgemeinplatz", weswegen ich mich für die eine "umschreibendere" Variante auf der Basis von Ullas Vorschlag entschieden habe. Vielen Dank trotzdem für Deinen allenfalls sehr guten Vorschlag + Belegdokument.
