"3.10 Ausdrücklich wird festgehalten, dass das Objekte bei Übergabe durch die Nutzer bezogen werden und daher zu diesem Zeitpunkt die vertragsgegenständlichen Baulichkeiten frei von verbesserbaren Mängeln, und die beauftragten Leistungen voll funktionsfähig benutzbar sein müssen."

Se fija expresamente que el Objeto (se refiere a la construcción que el Proveedor ha de ejecutar)...

Me confunde este "werden" en plural, y "durch die Nutzer".

Intuyo el sentido pero me gustaría oír vuestras opiniones para estar más tranquilo.
