Así lo entiendo yo en este contexto. O sea, los trabajos se realizan "a domicilio" y el transporte de eventuales piezas, personal, etc. está incluido en el precio. "Anlage" se refiere al ascensor, o el habitaculo/edificio dentro del cual se encuentra, pero en Español no se utiliza "servicio a instalación" o algo parecido.
