Tengo problemas con este término. El contexto es el mismo: "Antrag auf Freistellung der deutschen Abzugsteuer auf Kapitalerträge". En un apartado dice: "Der Antragssteller erklärt, dass das unter III. angegebene Kapitalvermögen (Stammrecht) im Zeitpunkt des Zufliessens (Fälligkeit) der Kapitalerträge dem Antragssteller gehört".
Ni el Becher, ni el Slaby contienen este término. ¿Qué podría ser? Simplemente "derecho de la sociedad" o "derecho principal"? Gracias de nuevo por cualquier propuesta.

Asker: Gracias por tu propuesta. Pero en el contexto en que este término aparece, no me parece muy lógico. Yo creo que se trata más bien de un "derecho matriz" o "derecho originario". Pero no he encontrado algo concreto. Saludos
