Hola Inés,

Entiendo que lo que no sabes es si en este caso los XY,-EUR fueron pagados y con ello sólo quedan ZZ,-EUR por pagar o que no se acepta el precio de XY,- por lo cual ZZ,- EUR es lo que se abonará.

Creo que para acabar de estar seguros, tendrías que darnos una cantidad, aunque sea ficticia, pero proporcional.

Ya que eso no lo sabemos, creo que lo más importante es la expresión "zu Recht bestehend anerkannt wurde" Por ello, tal como digo en mi opción es que se ha de entender como que el importe XY,- todavía no está aceptado (ha sido impunado o cuestionado) y no tiene "fuerza legal", con lo cual (y de momento) sólo puede exigirse la cantidad ZZ,-
