Hola. ¿Podría traducir "Begutachtungsrecht" como "derecho de arbitraje"? Aparece en la ley de las cámaras empresariales austríacas y la frase completa dice:
"Die Fachgruppen haben im eigenen Wirkungsbereich die fachlichen Interessen ihrer Mitglieder zu vertreten. Als fachliche Angelegenheiten gelten insbesondere:
die den Fachgruppen durch Gesetz oder sonstige Vorschriften eingeräumte Mitwirkung an der Gewerbe- und Wirtschaftsverwaltung, insbesondere die Ausübung der Begutachtungsrechte nach der Gewerbeordnung, sowie die Mitwirkung in Berufsausbildungsangelegenheiten.
¿Se referirá a lo que llaman "Derecho de arbitraje" o significará alguna otra cosa?
