"In umseits bezeichneter Rechtssache wurde der gefertigte Rechtsanwalt, Mag. XXXXXXXX [...], mit Bescheid der Salzburger Rechtsanwaltskammer vom XX.XX.XX, zum Verfahrenshelfer der Klägerin bestellt."

Después de haber consultado algunas fuentes, lo único que se me ocurre es que sea el "letrado" o "abogado abajo firmante". ¿Es esto así?
