Quizá alguien me pueda dar una ayudita. Me estoy rompiendo la cabeza buscando el significado de "gegenständlich" y "verfahrensgegenständlich".

El texto es penal (sentencia) y el contexto sería:

Y luego tenemos:

"Ein minderschwerer Fall war in keinem der gegenständlichen 8 Fälle der Geld- bzw. Wertpapierfälschung nach [...] anzunehmen"
No se pudo aprobar un caso de gravedad menor en ninguno de los 8 casos ________ de falsificación de dinero, o en su caso de títulos-valores según [...]

Solo he encontrado para gegenständlich "figurativo", pero me parece que no va en el contexto.
