Viene como anexo al contrato y no sé si se refiere a la "prevención de garantía", "seguro de garantía" o "prevención para garantizar el contrato general de obras".

Gewährleistung sería la garantía o garantía de cumplimiento, ¿no? La duda es con Absicherung (prevención o seguro o aseguramiento), como contexto os digo que hablan de fianzas, plazos y vencimientos.
