Context: Die Vollmacht berechtigt und verpflichtet die behandelnden Ärzte, meinen Bevollmächtigten über meine Erkrankung und meinen Zustand aufzuklären, um ihm/ihnen seine /ihre Entscheidung im gesundheitlichen Bereich zu ermöglichen.

Kommentar: es handelt sich nicht um eine Patientenverfügung (testamento vital), denn diese ist diesem Dokument als Anlage beigefügt.
