Ernst, Huber, Duden, Slaby, etc. ya están consultados. ¿Podría ser "inhibición"? No dispongo de la ley BeurkG para consultarla. Help!

Soviel ich weiß, gibt es keinen festen Ausdruck dafür. Ich habe es einmal so verfasst. Lässt sich bestimmt verbessern.


Yo, el Notario, pregunto a los comparecientes si, a efectos del art. 3,1,7 de la BeurkG (Ley de escrituración), ya he tratado con este asunto previamente. Los intervinientes niegan esta pregunta.

Bei dem Ausdruck Vorbefassung muss herausgestellt werden, dass es der Notar war, der mit der Sache schon einmal vorher befasst war.
Die Befassung ist also praktisch das Nomen zu der Tätigkeit befassen, die der Notar ausgeübt hat.
Es ginge eventuell tratamiento anterior/previo del asunto
oder so ähnlich.
