No entiendo muy bien aquí el significado de "unterlegen". Aquí está el contexto:

Wenn die Taste blau unterlegt ist, kann die Bewegung ausgeführt werden

Mi sugerencia: "Si se pulsa la tecla azul????.

Explanation:
Cuando la tecla presenta un fondo azul, se puede ejecutar el movimiento.

En el contexto al que haces referencia, no pone en nigún caso que se tenga que pulsar la tecla ....., sólo sice que cuando ésta presente un fondo azul, se puede hacer el movimiento.

Supongo que se trata de la típca tecla que dispone de dos fondos, uno rojo y otro azul en función de la posición en la que se encuentre.

Tan sólo una opción más.
