Hola,
Sé lo que es, pero no conozco el término médico español:
"Akrolentiginöses Melanom vom Typ eines superfiziell spreitenden Melanoms in der Leistenhaut, Clark Level III,..."

Explanation:
"Die Leistenhaut tritt an den Fingern, der Handinnenseite (palmar) und der Fußsohle (plantar) auf."

La que recubre las palmas de las manos y plantas de los pies, en contraposición a "piel fina". Desconozco si existe algún otro término más técnico, pero te facilito una referencia debajo, sacada de una Facultad de Medicina.
