Se trata de planchas o bandejas celulares (es decir, formadas por celdas de aire). No sé si "Brett" es mejor como bandeja, o plancha o panel para tu contexto. A continuación va un texto bilingüe alemán e inglés que habla de Zellenbrett <-> cellular board; más abajo un par de textos de referencia en inglés, y después un texto en castellano. Insisto, no sé cuál acepción se ajusta mejor a tu texto, pero creo que todo esto te puede dar alguna pista.
