"In hochwandigen Blechen durch versenken eines Griffes bis zum Rand ausrollen."
Me parece que se refieren a la chapa sobre la que está la masa para pasarle el rodillo encima para extenderla. ¿Acaso "hochwandig" significa "gruesa" en este caso? |

Hola Raul,
a mi me da la impresión que esta masa, ya extendida, se enrolla sobre el rodillo y, con la ayuda de este rodillo (supongo que para que no se rompa), se extiende en una bandeja honda para que luego la rellenen y la metan al horno. |
